I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. I graduated from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia and trained under Michelin-starred Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos. Later, I worked at Otium in Los Angeles under Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, and led teams at True Food, refining my management and modern cuisine skills. Today, I dedicate myself to offering exclusive private dining experiences that blend creativity, flavor, and authenticity.

I believe that cooking is a lifelong journey of learning and discovery. Every kitchen, every chef, and every culture has taught me something new that shapes my culinary style.
